Compact 1U Rack Server — Intel Core i7-12700 A short-depth 1U server for installations where rack space is limited but reliability isn't negotiable. At just 369 mm deep, it fits shallow comms cabinets and wall-mount racks that won't take a standard server. The Intel Core i7-12700 delivers 12 cores and 20 threads with boost up to 4.9 GHz, paired with 16 GB DDR5 4000 MT/s memory and a 1 TB Samsung 990 Pro NVMe SSD for fast boot and application response. The Supermicro X13SAZ-F embedded motherboard adds dual 2.5 Gigabit LAN with vPro, onboard TPM 2.0, and four SATA3 ports with RAID support. Full remote management is included via IPMI 2.0 with KVM over a dedicated LAN port, so the system can be power-cycled, re-imaged or accessed at BIOS level from anywhere — no site visit required. Two internal 3.5" bays and two free DIMM slots (up to 128 GB) leave room to expand, and one full-height expansion slot is available for additional network or capture cards.
