What to look for under €400

24 inches suits 1080p; at 27 inches, 1440p looks much sharper. Pick a resolution your graphics card can drive at high frame rates.
IPS panels have better colours and viewing angles; VA has deeper blacks; OLED beats both but costs more and can burn in with static images.
